The Property was constructed in three phases. The building originally housed Cross & Blackwell, a USDA Food Grade manufacturing operation. Condiments were produced on the site until it was purchased by Rhodes Development in 2001. The eight acre site was subsequently subdivided into two separate parcels: one for self-storage and the other for office/warehouse. The self-storage facility opened in February 2003.
